II. Collecting, storing and utilising personal data

In the course of registration and order placement, we may also collect personal data under certain conditions on our website. This information will be stored in order to process the contract at hand. This applies particularly to data in connection with the acceptance and fulfilment of orders (for instance, name, address, email address, information about services ordered, data concerning order and payment behaviour) plus other data that may be made available to us on a voluntary basis (for instance, field of activity in a company, association memberships, etc.).

We only collect, process and utilise personal data within the meaning of the legal provisions of the German federal law for data protection and tele-media act. Personal data will only be utilised for processing a customer’s contract and for our own marketing purposes.

III. Forwarding your data to third parties

Outside of that which is permitted by law, ad-media will not sell personal data to third parties or transmit data for other purposes to third parties with the exception of the data forwarding necessary to our distribution companies and other service providers that we may employ for processing your contracts.
